Facilitation Training with Caroline Culverhouse
This training covers both sides of what it takes to lead a truly great retreat. You’ll learn how to design your retreat from scratch — schedule, budget, lodging, food, location, logistics, every detail. And you’ll learn how to be an excellent facilitator once you’re in the room. Planning it is one thing. Being truly great at it is another. This training gives you both.
“Caroline’s approach is both compassionate and challenging.
She invites people to brush up against their boundaries creating new openings and insights.”
— C.L.B., Client
Is This For You?
You have something real to offer. You’ve done the inner work. Now it’s time to step into the room as the one who holds the space — with skill, with presence, and with the tools that separate a good experience from a life-changing one.
Ready to expand your offering and lead your own retreats.
Wanting to transition into group and retreat-based work.
Who feel ready but aren’t sure where to start.
Who want clinical-grade tools and real technique.
Building a retreat-based business and needing a real roadmap.
I’m supposed to be leading this.
The Curriculum
This training covers it all — every practical detail of how to form, plan, budget, and run a retreat from start to finish. Location scouting, scheduling, logistics, marketing, pricing. You will leave knowing exactly how to build your retreat, because you’re learning from someone who has done it over 200 times.
“Over 200 private and group retreats since 2008. This isn’t theory — it’s everything that actually works, passed directly to you.”
And then there’s the layer that most trainings simply cannot offer: the facilitation skills to make your retreat genuinely transformational. How to hold space at depth. How to read and guide a group. How to be the kind of facilitator that people remember for the rest of their lives.
01
From initial concept to the last day — budgeting, logistics, arc, scheduling, venue selection, and every detail in between. You’ll leave with a complete blueprint for your retreat, ready to execute.
02
Nearly two decades of leading retreats has taught Carrie exactly what works, what doesn’t, and what no one tells you before you’re standing in front of a room. You get all of it — the hard-won wisdom, not the sanitized version.
03
The psychological, somatic, and energetic skills that create the conditions for real transformation — not just a nice weekend. Learn what it truly means to hold a group container with depth, safety, and presence.
04
Conscious marketing strategies that honor your voice, build trust, and fill your rooms with participants who are truly ready for the work. No hustle, no compromise.
